Key Responsibilities:
Manage a clean and structured portfolio with established landlord and tenant relationships
Handle lease renewals, routine inspections, arrears, and maintenance coordination

Handle escalations with professionalism and efficiency

Essential Requirements:
3+ years of experience in Property Management
Strong knowledge of Queensland property legislation
Exceptional time management and organisational skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work both independently and within a team
Proficiency in property management software and CRM systems
Current Real Estate Certificate of Registration or Licence
