General Responsibilities:

  • High-Quality Service: Set the team standard in delivering services with high-quality ethics.

  • Legislation and Compliance: Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation and compliance, and share knowledge with the team.

  • Communication: Use emails to confirm conversations and provide information to lessors, tenants, and suppliers.

  • Task Execution: Carry out duties as instructed by the lessor within legislative and management authority provisions.

  • Team Culture: Lead by example in actively supporting and developing a positive team culture and morale.

  • Team Support: Assist team members in achieving their goals, including Tribunal attendance, insurance claims, and other escalated activities.

  • Standards and Reporting: Adhere to business standards and KPIs, providing necessary reports and supporting team members in their reporting if required.

  • System Adherence: Follow office systems and processes, while seeking opportunities to improve client experience and reduce time wastage.

  • Training and Development: Attend all training sessions, conferences, seminars, meetings, and work functions, sharing and implementing learnings.

  • Problem Alerting: Promptly alert management to potential or known problems within your portfolio or the department.

  • Client Interaction: Address enquiries, correspondence, and complaints promptly and courteously.

  • Escalation Point: Act as a point of escalation for queries, complaints, and process understanding.

  • Performance Reviews: Participate in ongoing performance reviews.

  • Professional Presentation: Maintain a corporate and professional personal presentation.

  • Additional Duties: Perform other duties as required from time to time.


Key Skills, Qualifications, and Attributes:

  • Certification and License: Hold current certification, registration, or license, including a current driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

  • Legislation Knowledge: Understand relevant legislation, compliance, disbursement processes, and general property management.

  • Tech Savvy: Be computer literate with a strong desire to utilize all aspects of available software.

  • Time Management: Exhibit excellent time management, accountability, and strong customer service skills.

  • Attention to Detail: Possess strong written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail.

  • Team Pride: Take pride in personal duties and team performance.

  • Dispute Resolution: Demonstrate excellent dispute resolution and negotiation skills.
