An exceptional opportunity is available for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join a highly sought-after Northern Gold Coast agency, renowned for managing premium properties and delivering outstanding service.
This role will see you overseeing a well-maintained portfolio within a supportive team that collectively manages approximately 350 high-quality properties. You’ll be joining an established office with excellent systems in place, including PropertyMe and Inspect Real Estate, and a reputation for excellence in the market.
The Role
End-to-end management of a portfolio of high-end residential properties
Build and maintain strong relationships with both landlords and tenants
Coordinate maintenance, routine inspections, arrears, lease renewals, and compliance
Prepare detailed condition reports and maintain accurate documentation
Work collaboratively with a tight-knit property management team
Use PropertyMe and IRE to streamline workflow and communication
Represent the brand professionally in all client interactions
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 3+ years' experience in Property Management
Proven ability to manage a portfolio independently and confidently
Strong knowledge of QLD tenancy legislation
Exceptional communication and organisational skills
Experience with PropertyMe and Inspect Real Estate
Current Real Estate Certificate of Registration
Valid driver’s licence
