Location: Mount Druitt, Sydney

Salary: $90K – $100K + Super (Negotiable Based on Experience)

We’re on the lookout for a confident and experienced Senior Property Manager to take the lead in managing a well-maintained residential portfolio in Mount Druitt. You’ll join a well-established agency with solid systems, reliable admin support, and a team that values integrity, growth, and client service.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• End-to-end management of a residential portfolio

• Handling all leasing, maintenance, inspections, and tenant communication

• Managing arrears and coordinating with trades and suppliers

• Conducting routine, ingoing, and outgoing inspections

• Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants

• Liaising with NCAT when required

• Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in Property Management

• A current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence

• Strong knowledge of NSW tenancy legislation

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• Proficiency in PropertyMe, Property Tree, or similar platforms

• A team player with a proactive, solution-focused mindset

• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s licence
