Competitive Salary: $90K+ (negotiable for the right candidate) + super
KPI Bonuses: Approx. $4,000 – $5,000 per year

Full Support System: Dedicated teams handling admin, leasing, trust accounting, and new business
The Role:
Manage a well-maintained portfolio of 160-170 properties end-to-end
Conduct routine inspections, entry condition reports, and vacates (with some assistance)
Work closely with the dedicated Leasing Team – no viewings or application processing
Supported by an Admin Team – no paperwork or trust accounting
Collaborate with the New Business Team – no pressure to bring in new managements
Foster excellent relationships with landlords and tenants
What We’re Looking For
Senior-Level Property Management Experience (essential)
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage a portfolio end-to-end
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
A current Real Estate Certificate or License (essential)
Someone who thrives in a structured, high-performing team
