On behalf of our client, we are seeking a seasoned Senior Property Manager to join their dynamic team. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced professional who is ready to take the lead in a collaborative and supportive environment.
As a Senior Property Manager, you will manage a portfolio of over 200 properties within a team of two. You will be working alongside a Junior Property Manager and will have the autonomy to lead and manage the portfolio effectively. With a total rent roll of 750 properties managed by a team of 16, our client offers a balanced, structured environment where you can make a real impact.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a portfolio of 200+ properties with the support of a Junior Property Manager
Oversee all aspects of property management, including tenant relations, maintenance coordination, and rental arrears management
Provide mentorship and guidance to the Junior Property Manager, fostering a collaborative team environment
Utilise your experience to take initiative and make key decisions, with support from the Head of Department as needed
Experience:
4-5 years of proven experience in property management, with a demonstrated ability to manage a portfolio independently
Strong leadership skills with a team-oriented approach
Ability to work autonomously and make decisions with minimal guidance
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A proactive attitude and the confidence to take the reins and drive outcomes
Must be a team player, willing to support and collaborate with others
Benefits:
$85,000 per annum
Monday to Friday, no weekend work required
