As a Sales Associate, you'll have the chance to develop your real estate skills with ongoing coaching and mentoring, and build meaningful relationships for future business. Responsibilities:
Buyer Callbacks: Actively work on listings and build your presence in the marketplace.
Buyer Inquiries: Ensure all leads are followed up, and develop a database of ready-to-buy clients across various property types and price ranges.
Relationship Building: Maintain strong relationships with investors and buyers.
Liaison Duties: Coordinate with vendors, solicitors, photographers, and marketing coordinators.
Reporting: Keep the Principals updated on calls, leads, and prospects.
Event Participation: Attend photo shoots, pre-settlement inspections, and valuations.
Campaign Reporting: Provide detailed reports on sales campaigns.
KPI Tracking: Participate in regular meetings with management to track key performance indicators.
Mentorship and Training: Receive guidance and training, including external coaching from a top sales trainer.
Office Culture: Enjoy working in a fun, diverse office with a great culture and work ethic.
Saturday Work: Availability for Saturday work is required.
About You:
Certification: Hold a certificate of registration or real estate license.
Driver's License: Have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
Energetic and Ambitious: Bring energy, hard work, and ambition to the role.
Disciplined and Resilient: Show discipline in your daily work habits and resilience in your efforts.
Team Player: Thrive in a team environment, excel in your specialised role, and contribute positively to business cultures.
