What you’ll be doing:
Assist senior agents with listing preparation, buyer management, and prospecting
Conduct open homes, private inspections, and client follow-ups
Coordinate marketing campaigns, and handle general sales admin
Attend appraisals, auctions, and property presentations
Learn the full sales process with structured training and mentoring

$50K–$70K + Super, depending on experience
