Responsibilities
As a Sales Associate, you’ll play a critical role in supporting the sales process while developing the skills to excel as a future Sales Agent, including:
Preparing Comparative Market Analysis (CMAs) and appraisal documents.
Assisting with property listings, open homes, and buyer appointments.
Coordinating valuations, building and pest inspections, and client follow-ups.
Shadowing experienced agents, gaining hands-on experience with client interactions, negotiations, and marketing activities.
Transitioning into a co-agent role, preparing you for the next step in your career.
Requirements
A minimum of 1 year of real estate experience with a proven ability to deliver results.
Strong organisational and communication skills, with high attention to detail.
A current real estate certificate and a genuine passion for property sales.
A proactive, enthusiastic attitude, thriving in a fast-paced and client-focused environment.
The drive to support a top-performing agent while preparing to transition into a sales role.
A valid driving license
