About the Role:
As a Sales Associate, you will work closely with the lead sales agents, providing essential support throughout the sales process. You will be involved in prospecting, attending open homes, conducting buyer follow-ups, and assisting with marketing and administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities:
Assisting lead agents with property listings, appraisals, and marketing campaigns
Attending open homes and private inspections, engaging with potential buyers
Conducting buyer follow-ups and maintaining strong client relationships
Prospecting for new business opportunities and generating leads
Preparing and coordinating sales documentation and contracts
Managing enquiries and providing exceptional customer service
Supporting the team with administrative tasks to ensure smooth sales operations
