About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive Sales Associate to support their high-performing agents and drive exceptional results in the luxury property sector. This role is essential in maintaining the brand’s reputation for excellence, client care, and market expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement: Conduct regular outbound calls to prospective clients, nurturing relationships and securing new opportunities to grow the sales pipeline.
Appraisals & Inspections: Assist agents with appraisals, property inspections, and client management, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for every client interaction.
Target & KPI Achievement: Actively work to meet and exceed individual and team KPIs related to calls, appraisals, and sales outcomes, contributing to the overall success of the business.
Market Insight: Keep up-to-date with luxury property trends, market movements, and local inventory to provide valuable information and support to both agents and clients.
Candidate Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in real estate or sales, ideally within the luxury market.
Communication Skills: High level of professionalism, excellent communication, and relationship-building skills, particularly with high-end clientele.
Goal-Oriented: Strong motivation and drive to meet KPIs and achieve results in a performance-based environment.
Attention to Detail: Organized and capable of managing multiple priorities, with a keen eye for detail and quality.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems and real estate sales platforms; ability to quickly adapt to new tools.
