About You:
We are seeking individuals who are passionate, determined, and hungry to succeed. You should be motivated and have a burning desire to achieve results and exceed expectations. If you bring the right attitude, we can hone your skills and polish you into a highly successful agent in your own right.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous real estate experience of 1 year minimum in real estate sales
Mandarin/Cantonese speaking skills
Your Duties Will Include:
Client prospecting
Gathering market intelligence
Social media marketing
Assisting in developing marketing materials
Handling prospective buyer enquiries
Pre-settlement inspections
Pre & post appraisals follow-up
Networking
Assisting with open homes and inspections
Database management
Assisting with home appraisals
Assisting with listing properties for sale
General administration
To Succeed in This Role, You'll Have:
A current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
