Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting to generate new leads through phone calls and door knocking

  • Building strong relationships with potential clients

  • Preparing for and conducting open homes

  • Handling buyer call-backs and managing appointments

  • Managing and updating the buyer database and CRM

  • Assisting with the agent’s database management

  • Data entry and record-keeping in CRM

  • Attending sales meetings, training sessions, and auctions

  • Creating vendor reports and assisting with diary management

  • Performing ad hoc administrative duties as required


What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: Preferably 12 months in real estate or a sales role, but we encourage motivated candidates with no experience to apply.

  • Qualifications: Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License (essential).

  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong understanding of the real estate sales process and legislation.

  • Requirements: Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.

  • Attributes: Highly motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Capable of managing and completing high volumes of work effectively.


Details:

  • Work Hours: Monday to Saturday, with one day off during the week as negotiated with the sales agent.
