About the Role:
As a Sales Associate, you will support senior sales agents in day-to-day operations while developing your own skills and client base. This role is ideal for someone with at least 2 year of experience in real estate who is eager to grow within a high-energy, professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with property listings, buyer inquiries, and open homes
Conduct buyer follow-ups, cold calling, and prospecting to generate leads
Manage CRM systems and database updates
Prepare property marketing materials and coordinate campaigns
Attend property appraisals and client meetings with senior agents
Develop and maintain strong relationships with buyers and sellers
Stay up to date with market trends and local property insights

About You:
You are a highly motivated and driven individual who is passionate about real estate and eager to learn and grow in the industry. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are ready to take the next step in your career and contribute to a successful team.
Essential Requirements:
Minimum 2 year of experience in real estate sales
Current Assistant Agent Cert. or Licence (or in progress)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Proactive and goal-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
