About the Role:
Our client manages a substantial 900-property portfolio with a strong team of 12 property managers and 5 sales agents. They are looking to expand their team by bringing on board a Sales Associate who is eager to learn and grow within the company.
As a Sales Associate, you will:
Work closely under a seasoned sales agent, receiving additional support and mentorship.
Be involved in managing sales activities and contributing to the agency’s ongoing success.
This position offers a competitive salary of $60,000 plus commission, with significant opportunities for career advancement as you demonstrate your potential.
Qualifications:
Active Real Estate license in QLD.
A strong willingness to learn and be mentored—our client values individuals who are open to growth and guidance.
Enthusiasm and drive with a genuine interest in the real estate industry.
Previous experience in sales or customer service is advantageous but not essential.
