About the Role

We are seeking a talented Sales Assistant to support one of our top-performing agents. This is an incredible opportunity to gain exposure to high-level sales activities and play an integral role in a market-leading business.


About You

  • A passion for delivering excellent customer service

  • Previous experience in administration or as an assistant (real estate experience preferred but not required)

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office Suite and G-Suite

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment

  • A proactive team player with a positive attitude

  • Current Driver's License is essential

Key Responsibilities

  • Diary Management: Booking appointments and scheduling meetings

  • Communication: Liaising with the marketing and administration team, managing emails, and handling inquiries from vendors, buyers, and solicitors

  • Data Entry: Maintaining and updating CRM systems with accurate information

  • Inspection Preparation: Assisting with open-for-inspection setups and coordinating property viewings

  • Vendor Support: Preparing vendor reports, managing listing services, and assisting with campaign preparation

  • Document Preparation: Assisting with sales documentation, processing admin tasks, and submitting presentation requests

  • Pre-listing & Compliance: Preparing pre-listing kits, ensuring compliance procedures are followed, and completing necessary documentation

  • Inspection Coordination: Attending and coordinating pre-settlement inspections, pest and building inspections

  • Marketing Coordination: Scheduling professional photos, floor-plans, property videos, and managing marketing materials

  • Client Service: Providing exceptional client support throughout the sales process

  • System Use: Utilising Real Time Agent & ProcessPlan for efficient process management

  • General Admin Support: Assisting with various administrative tasks as needed
