About You
A passion for delivering excellent customer service
Previous experience in administration or as an assistant (real estate experience preferred but not required)
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Strong computer skills, including MS Office Suite and G-Suite
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment
A proactive team player with a positive attitude
Current Driver's License is essential

Key Responsibilities
Diary Management: Booking appointments and scheduling meetings
Communication: Liaising with the marketing and administration team, managing emails, and handling inquiries from vendors, buyers, and solicitors
Data Entry: Maintaining and updating CRM systems with accurate information
Inspection Preparation: Assisting with open-for-inspection setups and coordinating property viewings
Vendor Support: Preparing vendor reports, managing listing services, and assisting with campaign preparation
Document Preparation: Assisting with sales documentation, processing admin tasks, and submitting presentation requests
Pre-listing & Compliance: Preparing pre-listing kits, ensuring compliance procedures are followed, and completing necessary documentation
Inspection Coordination: Attending and coordinating pre-settlement inspections, pest and building inspections
Marketing Coordination: Scheduling professional photos, floor-plans, property videos, and managing marketing materials
Client Service: Providing exceptional client support throughout the sales process
System Use: Utilising Real Time Agent & ProcessPlan for efficient process management
General Admin Support: Assisting with various administrative tasks as needed
