About the Role: As a Commission-Only Sales Agent, you will be responsible for prospecting, listing, and selling residential properties within the Ashmore and surrounding Gold Coast areas. You’ll have the autonomy to build and manage your own client base while leveraging the agency’s reputable brand and extensive network. This role is ideal for driven agents who thrive in a competitive environment and are eager to take control of their income.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting for new listings and generating leads through various channels
Conducting property appraisals and listing presentations
Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and buyers
Negotiating sales contracts and ensuring smooth transactions
Providing exceptional customer service to all clients
Actively participating in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and market knowledge

About You:

Previous experience in real estate sales is preferred but not mandatory
Current Real Estate Certificate of Registration or Licence (required)
Proven track record in sales or the ability to demonstrate strong sales potential
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational and time management abilities
Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
