About the Role
As a Sales Agent, you will:
Manage the full sales process from listing to settlement with professionalism and care
Prospect and generate new business within a clearly defined suburb or territory
Build deep, long-term relationships with local homeowners, buyers, and investors
Deliver tailored, market-driven advice to help clients make confident decisions
Leverage the tools, tech, and marketing support of a leading Brisbane-based brand
Work collaboratively with a passionate team of local experts who live and work in the area
What We’re Looking For
A current QLD Real Estate Licence with at least 2 years of residential sales experience
Strong knowledge of or passion for the Redcliffe Peninsula and its communities
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills with a client-first mindset
A driven and self-motivated approach to achieving goals
A local mindset – someone who values building genuine relationships and reputation
Professional presentation and the ability to represent a premium brand with pride
