Job Title: Experienced Sales Administrator

Location: Paradise Point, Gold Coast

Position Overview: Our client is seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join their team of dedicated real estate professionals. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the agency’s ongoing success. The ideal candidate will possess a QLD Real Estate Certificate registered with the Office of Fair Trading (OOFT) and have proven experience in real estate sales administration.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including managing listings, contracts, and client communications

  • Coordinate property marketing activities, such as creating listings, managing advertising, and organizing open homes

  • Assist in preparing sales contracts, lease agreements, and other relevant documents

  • Liaise with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth transaction process

  • Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, client communications, and property listings

  • Assist with general office administration tasks as required


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Administrator within the real estate industry

  • QLD Real Estate Certificate registered with OOFT

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

  • Proficiency in real estate software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
