Your Role
As the Routine Inspections Officer / Leasing Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include:
Conducting routine inspections of residential properties to ensure compliance and maintenance standards.
Documenting and reporting on property conditions, providing detailed feedback to owners, tenants, and the Property Management Team.
Identifying maintenance issues and liaising with contractors and tenants for timely resolutions.
Assisting with new business support, including preparing property listings, responding to tenant inquiries, and helping onboard new landlords.
Managing administrative tasks, tracking inspection reports, and maintaining compliance records.
What We’re Looking For
Excellent attention to detail – able to identify and report property conditions effectively.
Strong communication skills to liaise with tenants, landlords, and contractors.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Experience in property management, leasing, or inspections (preferred but not essential).
Tech-savvy – familiarity with property management software is an advantage.
A positive, can-do attitude with a focus on exceptional customer service.
