Role Description: Experienced Property Manager:
Our client is currently looking for a full time Property Manager. The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operations, maintenance, and financial aspects of assigned properties. Daily tasks include communicating with tenants, coordinating property maintenance, conducting property inspections, collecting rent, and ensuring compliance with leasing agreements and regulations.
Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 (Dependent on experience)

Qualifications
Property management, leasing, and real estate operations skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage property finances and budgets
Knowledge of property maintenance and inspection practices
Experience in tenant relations and conflict resolution
Attention to detail and organisational skills
Previous experience in real estate or property management
Relevant certification or licensing in real estate or property management
Proven capability to manage a portfolio of 140+ Properties, willing to acquire and adhere to our company's procedures and practices, ability to work within as team as well as independently, friendly & approachable.
QLD Real Estate Certificate Required.
