Our client, a leading and well-established Commercial Real Estate agency, is seeking driven and experienced Sales Agents to join their high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities within the commercial property market.
Sales & Negotiation: Manage the sales process from start to finish, including prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, offering tailored advice and market insights.
Property Marketing: Work with the agency’s marketing team to promote listings, develop tailored campaigns, and ensure maximum property exposure.
Market Research & Reporting: Stay up to date with market trends, property values, and investment opportunities, providing clients with accurate and valuable insights.
High-Volume Turnover: Maximise sales opportunities by capitalising on the agency's strong pipeline of commercial property listings.
Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in Commercial Real Estate or a similar high-performance Real Estate sales environment.
Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
A proactive, results-driven approach with the ability to thrive in a commission-only structure (must have hit MITA).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to manage multiple sales processes at once, particularly in a high-volume turnover environment.
A strong understanding of the Brisbane commercial property market is highly desirable.
Current QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration.
QLD driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
