Our client, a reputable Real Estate agency in Aspley - Brisbane, is seeking a dedicated Relief Property Manager to join their team. This full-time role provides essential support to the Property Management Department, ensuring seamless operations when Property Managers are on leave.
Position: Full-Time Relief Property Manager
What’s on Offer:
Salary: $75k-$85k + Super.
Work Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM. Flexibility of hours for the right person.
Transport: Access to a fleet of company cars for use during work hours.
Tools: Work phone and in-office laptop provided (no need to take work home).
Support: Work closely with the Head of Department Property Management and another Relief Property Manager to ensure smooth operations.
Bonuses: Performance-based bonus structures available for high performers.
Environment: Balance between independence and support, fostering long-term loyalty.
Responsibilities:
Step in to manage portfolios when Property Managers are on leave.
Support the Property Management team by cross-checking and reporting.
Assist with routine property management tasks as needed.
Ensure continuity and high standards of service within the Property Management Department.
Collaborate with the Head of Department Property Management to maintain seamless operations.
Requirements:
Proven experience in property management.
Experience with PM orientated software ( IRE, PropertyMe ect)
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
QLD Real Estate Agent licence or Certificate IV.
Driver’s Licence and reliable transport.
Demonstrated ability to adapt and provide support across various portfolios.
