Real Estate Executive Assistant to Selling Director – Commercial Real Estate - Inner South-East Brisbane - up to130k PKG!



Location: Brisbane

Package: $130K OTE (Base + Super + Bonuses) – Based on Experience


Our client, a highly regarded Commercial Real Estate agency, is seeking an experienced and driven Executive Assistant to support their Selling Director. This is an exciting opportunity for a well-organised professional with a passion for property, looking to thrive in a dynamic environment.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Diary & Email Management: Efficiently manage the Director’s day-to-day schedule, ensuring optimal time management.

  • Marketing & Information Memorandums: Assist in developing high-quality marketing materials and detailed information memorandums for clients.

  • Contract & Administrative Support: Handle contracts, general administration, and provide comprehensive support to the Director.

  • Social Media & Promotions: Oversee social media campaigns and promotional strategies to enhance the agency's brand.

  • Client Liaison & Reporting: Maintain strong communication with clients, providing regular updates and managing inquiries.

  • Project Tracking & Reporting: Monitor project progress and prepare thorough reports to keep the Director informed.

  • Invoice Preparation & Cost Tracking: Manage invoicing and track costs to ensure accurate financial reporting.

  • Task Management: Effectively prioritise and manage multiple tasks across various functions within the agency.

Skills & Experience:

  • A minimum of 12+ months in Real Estate, Property, or Development Administration is preferred.

  • Proficiency in Word, Adobe, Canva, Rex, and other relevant software.

  • Strong skills in graphic design and marketing.

  • Exceptional customer service with a client-focused mindset.

  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex matters clearly and professionally.

  • A genuine passion for property and the industry.

  • QLD driver’s licence required.

  • QLD Real Estate Certificate or Registration.

  • Reliability, dedication, and the ability to work autonomously.
