About the Role
In this role, you will manage a diverse and dynamic property portfolio, ensuring smooth operations and delivering high levels of service to both landlords and tenants. Supported by an experienced team and cutting-edge technology, your key responsibilities will include:
Managing a broad portfolio of residential properties.
Conducting property inspections and coordinating necessary maintenance and repairs.
Communicating regularly with landlords, tenants, and service providers.
Ensuring full compliance with tenancy laws and property regulations.
Handling rent collection, lease renewals, and tenancy agreements.
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to maximize their property investments.
