With offices in Mudgeerabah and Coomera, our client are seeking a motivated professional to manage a thriving portfolio and become a valued member of their team.
As a Property Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of 150-200 properties, ensuring that landlords and tenants receive exceptional service. Your day-to-day will include property inspections, maintenance coordination, lease renewals, arrears management, and building strong relationships with clients.
You’ll have the opportunity to work in two vibrant office locations, collaborating with a supportive and dynamic team that values hard work and innovation. With the tools and resources provided, including a company car and phone, you’ll have everything you need to succeed in this role.
