We’re seeking an experienced and dedicated Property Manager to step into a full-time role managing a portfolio of 90 properties within a collaborative and supportive team. Responsibilities:
Manage a well-maintained portfolio of 90 properties within a total of 195 managements.
Work alongside a supportive team, with one established Property Manager and a Receptionist who assists with administrative tasks.
Use Property Tree to streamline operations, with flexibility to work from home on agreed days.
Shadow experienced team members, take advantage of online training and 3-4 annual in-person sessions, and hit the ground running.
Requirements:
2-3 years of property management experience preferred, but open to candidates with 12-18 months with potential and a desire to grow.
Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a close-knit team.
Proactive, client-focused professional with excellent communication and organisational skills.
