The Role:
As a Property Manager, you’ll manage a varied and dynamic portfolio of properties, working closely with landlords and tenants to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing and overseeing a diverse portfolio of residential properties
Conducting routine inspections and property maintenance
Coordinating repairs and liaising with tradespeople
Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations
Handling rent collections, lease renewals, and tenancy agreements
Building strong relationships with both landlords and tenants
Offering advice and support to clients to maximize their property investments
About You:
We’re looking for an experienced Property Manager who is reliable, organized, and proactive. You’ll need to be a great communicator, detail-oriented, and ready to handle the challenges that comes with managing a property portfolio. You’ll also need:
Previous experience in property management
A current NSW driver’s license and access to your own vehicle
Strong knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act and property legislation
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
A positive attitude and a willingness to work within a team
