Property Manager – Blacktown

Location: Blacktown, Western Sydney

We’re currently seeking an experienced and self-motivated Property Manager to join a well-established agency in Blacktown. If you’re looking for a role that offers flexibility, support, and a genuinely positive team culture, this could be your next great move.

This role is perfect for someone who knows how to manage a portfolio with confidence and is looking for long-term stability in a busy yet well-organised office.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Full end-to-end portfolio management

• Managing lease renewals, rent reviews, and arrears

• Coordinating repairs, maintenance, and inspections

• Handling routine correspondence with landlords and tenants

• Preparing documentation and attending NCAT when necessary

• Maintaining a high standard of service and compliance

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• At least 1 - 2 years of residential property management experience

• Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence

• A solid understanding of tenancy legislation and dispute resolution

• A strong work ethic and great time management

• Excellent communication and people skills

• Familiarity with PropertyMe or similar software

• A reliable car and driver’s licence
