Our client is looking to add a Project Consultant as a key member of the NSW/ACT sales team. Your role actively contributes to and supports the achievement of quarterly specifications and sales targets.
Additionally, you will coordinate national projects by updating the CRM, sending RFQs to the estimating team, and coordinating CRM activities. This role is designed for an A-Player looking to make a significant impact!
Skills and Attributes:
Flair for interior design and/or architecture
Much of the role involves a willingness to communicate extensively outbound—phone calls, videos, text messages, and creative emails.
Ability to interpret architectural plans, specifications, and finishes schedules
Strong attention to detail
Customer service driven
Collaborative work ethic to achieve team targets
Assertive and articulate phone manner
Ability to create, compose, and write exceptional and persuasive emails
Education / Experience Required: Recent graduates or individuals with minimal industry experience ready to enter the workforce and grow with the company.
Primary Responsibilities:
Sending quotes to NSW / ACT customers
Managing a portfolio of projects set by the NSW / ACT State Sales Manager
Closing deals on NSW / ACT projects
Managing all samples for the NSW / ACT sales team
Abundant outbound communication
Researching/hunting construction projects and entering them into the CRM (SalesForce)
Managing admin tasks for projects in the CRM
Scanning through project documents to find opportunities for Decor Systems
Sending RFQs through to the estimating department
Performance Objectives:
Landing sales each and every month for NSW / ACT
Hitting outbound communication targets as set by the manager
Creating 50 new projects per month from information sources (BCI, LinkedIn, industry websites, government websites)
Ensuring all RFQs are sent to the estimating department in a timely fashion
Keeping CRM tasks with all relevant info up to date
