About the Role:
As a Personal Assistant / Team Leader, you will play a vital role in supporting the agency's leadership team and ensuring smooth operations across the board. This position requires a proactive individual who can juggle multiple tasks, manage a variety of responsibilities, and provide excellent administrative support. Your role will involve overseeing team activities, assisting with administrative tasks, and ensuring that the agency's standards of service and presentation are upheld.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing high-level administrative support to the leadership team
Coordinating team activities and ensuring smooth workflow
Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organising meetings
Preparing and processing documentation, including contracts and reports
Overseeing office operations and maintaining a professional environment
Assisting with client communications and enquiries
Using real estate software and Microsoft programs efficiently
Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Supporting the team with marketing and sales activities as required
Requirements:
Experience in the real estate industry is essential
Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in real estate software and Microsoft Office programs
Energetic, quick-thinking, and proactive attitude
Well-presented and professional demeanor
Flexibility to work Saturdays with a rotating RDO
