Responsibilities:
As a Sales Associate, you’ll provide critical support across the sales process, including:
Preparing Comparative Market Analysis (CMAs) and appraisal documents.
Assisting with property listings, open homes, and buyer appointments.
Coordinating and attending valuations, building and pest inspections, and client follow-ups.
Shadowing and learning from experienced agents, taking on a co-agent role as you develop.
Being actively involved in client interactions, negotiations, and marketing activities.
Requirements:
A minimum of 6 months’ experience in real estate, with 1 year being ideal.
Strong organisational and communication skills, with a high attention to detail.
A current real estate certificate and a passion for property sales.
A proactive, enthusiastic attitude, thriving in a fast-paced, field-based environment.
The drive to support a busy agent while learning the skills to progress into a fully-fledged sales role.
