Our client, a leading real estate agency in Brisbane, is expanding and seeking a Leasing Coordinator / Assistant Property Manager to join their growing team. About the Role:
As a Leasing Coordinator / Assistant Property Manager, you’ll play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of the agency. Your responsibilities will include:
Assist in preparing and organising advertising materials for property listings.
Conduct property inspections to ensure properties are rented quickly and maintained to high standards.
Manage tenant applications, including following up on references to secure the best placements.
Prepare leasing agreements and other essential documents required for the leasing process.
Serve as a key point of contact for tenants and tradespeople, ensuring excellent communication and service.
Assist the property management team with business operations, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the agency.
Experience:
To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in real estate, particularly in property management. The ideal candidate will also possess:
A strong understanding of property management practices.
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A professional presentation and a confident, positive attitude.
A current Certificate of Registration, a reliable and presentable car, and a valid driver’s license.
