Key Responsibilities:
Assisting senior property managers with routine inspections, property maintenance coordination, and tenant communication.
Learning and handling the end-to-end leasing process, from marketing properties to conducting property viewings and managing tenancy applications.
Supporting the property management team with administrative tasks such as preparing leases, tenancy agreements, and other documents in compliance with Queensland property laws.
Assisting with lease renewals and ensuring properties remain well-maintained and compliant with regulations.
Handling tenant and landlord enquiries and providing exceptional customer service.
Contributing to the day-to-day operations of the property management team as you develop the skills to eventually manage your own portfolio.
Skills & Experience:
A passion for real estate and a strong desire to build a career in property management.
No prior experience required, though previous experience in real estate or customer service is a plus.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
A willingness to learn, with a positive attitude and keen attention to detail.
A current driver’s licence is essential.
