About the Role
As a Property Manager, you’ll take charge of a well-maintained portfolio in the Hope Island area and surrounds. You’ll be supported by a knowledgeable team and work under a leadership that understands the importance of balance and recognition.
Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting and overseeing property inspections (routine, entry, exit, and open homes)
Lease renewals and negotiations
Processing tenancy applications as required
Communicating effectively with landlords and tenants
Coordinating property maintenance
Providing general office support (emails, phone calls, admin)
About You
To thrive in this role, you’ll bring:
Full Australian working rights
Current Real Estate Registration (essential)
Minimum 1 year of experience in property management (highly preferred)
Unrestricted driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
Strong customer service skills and the ability to build lasting relationships
Ability to work both independently and as part of a small team
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
