One of the Gold Coast’s most prestigious and largest real estate agencies is seeking an experienced and dynamic Internal Real Estate Recruiter to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the Director and play a key role in sourcing and attracting top talent to drive the continued growth and success of the agency.
About the Role
The Internal Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, identifying and engaging with high-calibre candidates, and building a strong talent pipeline. This position offers the chance to work in a fast-paced, professional environment with opportunities for career progression within the company.
Key Responsibilities
Managing recruitment processes from advertising roles to onboarding successful candidates.
Proactively sourcing, engaging, and attracting high-quality candidates across a range of roles.
Building and maintaining a talent pipeline for future recruitment needs.
Collaborating with department heads to understand hiring requirements and aligning recruitment strategies accordingly.
Conducting interviews, performing reference checks, and negotiating offers.
Representing the agency at networking events and industry functions to attract potential talent.
About the Candidate
The successful candidate will be proactive, results-driven, and have a strong passion for recruitment. They will possess exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with people at all levels.

Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within real estate or a similar high-energy industry.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

What’s on Offer
Competitive salary package of $65,000–$80,000 + super + commissions.
