Salary: $90K - $100K + Super
Are you an experienced Senior Property Manager or Department Head looking for a leadership role in a well-established and successful agency? Our client, a highly regarded real estate business in Paradise Point, is seeking a Head of Property Management to lead and oversee their stable and experienced team of 12.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated leader to take ownership of a large, well-structured property management department and drive its continued success.
About the Role:
As the Head of Property Management, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire property management division, ensuring smooth operations, excellent client service, and team success. You will work closely with the five experienced Property Managers, three assistants, and a dedicated BDM, managing a portfolio of 1000 properties.
This role requires strong leadership skills, industry expertise, and the ability to maintain and enhance the department’s efficiency, compliance, and overall performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the property management team (team of 12)
Provide leadership, training, and ongoing support to Property Managers and Assistants
Ensure compliance with legislative requirements and best practices
Implement and refine systems and processes to enhance efficiency
Handle escalations, high-level client concerns, and complex property issues
Work closely with the BDM to support business growth and new client onboarding
Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and key stakeholders
Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to ensure exceptional service delivery

About You:
To thrive in this role, you will be a confident and experienced property management leader with a passion for mentoring teams and delivering outstanding service. You will be highly organised, proactive, and capable of handling high-level responsibilities.
Essential Requirements:
5+ years experience in property management, with leadership experience preferred
Strong understanding of Queensland property legislation and compliance requirements
Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team
Exceptional problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
Ability to implement efficient processes and drive team performance
Proficiency in property management software and CRM systems
Current Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration
