The Role
Represent high-end residential properties across Hope Island and surrounding areas
Manage your own listings and sales campaigns from start to finish
Nurture long-term client relationships built on trust and market insight
Leverage your local network and market knowledge to generate consistent leads
Collaborate with a team of high-performing agents who genuinely support each other
Utilise agency tools, marketing support, and backend systems to drive success
What We’re Looking For
A licensed and experienced sales agent (minimum 2+ years)
Strong knowledge of the Hope Island and Northern Gold Coast market
Proven track record in residential real estate (GCI of $200K+ desirable)
Professional presentation and strong negotiation skills
A team player who values culture over ego
Self-driven, motivated, and client-focused
Reliable vehicle and current driver’s licence
