About the Role
As a Sales Agent, you will:
Manage end-to-end sales transactions, from appraisals through to settlement
Leverage your local market knowledge to provide tailored advice to buyers and sellers
Prospect and generate new business opportunities across the Moreton Bay Region
Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing a customer-first experience
Work within a collaborative team environment with access to market-leading tools and support
What We’re Looking For
A current QLD Real Estate Licence with proven experience in residential sales
Strong understanding of or willingness to develop expertise in the Moreton Bay Region market
Self-motivated with a strong drive for achieving and exceeding targets
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
A professional, client-focused approach with a reputation for integrity and trustworthiness
Ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive team culture
