We are recruiting on behalf of a prestigious Real Estate agency seeking a skilled and motivated Sales Associate to step into this pivotal role.
In this position, you will:
Provide dedicated support to a top-performing Sales Agent.
Manage client relationships, appraisals, and buyer interactions with confidence.
Handle campaign coordination, marketing, and database management.
Conduct open homes, follow-ups, and play an active role in securing deals.

What We’re Looking For
Proven Experience: Minimum 1-2 years working directly with a high-performing Sales Agent.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of Real Estate sales processes and campaign strategies.
Qualifications: Current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate.
Communication Skills: Outstanding ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
