The Role: As a Property Manager, you'll oversee a meticulously maintained portfolio of 180 properties, working alongside another Property Manager to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service. You'll have the autonomy to manage your portfolio while benefiting from the support of a smaller, experienced team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of 180 properties with attention to detail and a focus on client satisfaction.
Collaborate with a fellow Property Manager to ensure efficient and effective property management.
Handle routine inspections, maintenance requests, tenant communications, and property owner updates.
Utilise your experience to provide high-level service while maintaining strong relationships with tenants and landlords.
What We're Looking For:
A few years of experience in property management, with a solid understanding of the industry.
Intermediate-level skills with the ability to manage a portfolio confidently, but not necessarily looking for a senior role.
A proactive, organised, and detail-oriented approach to property management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
A valid driver’s licence and your own vehicle. A fuel allowance will be provided, and an office car is available for occasional use.
Valid QLD Real Estate Certificate or Registration.
