About the Role: On behalf of a prestigious boutique real estate agency in the Redcliffe region, renowned for delivering exceptional service to an exclusive clientele in the Redland Bay area. Our client is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Operations Manager/Personal Assistant to the Principal. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for luxury real estate who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Role Overview: As the Operations Manager/PA to the Principal, you will be the backbone of the agency’s daily operations, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. You will be the Principal’s right-hand person, providing top-tier support while managing the operational aspects of the business. This role is integral to the agency’s continued success and offers an opportunity to work closely with a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring the agency functions seamlessly.
Provide high-level administrative support to the Principal, including diary management, correspondence, and meeting preparation.
Oversee office administration, including HR, IT, and vendor management.
Coordinate marketing initiatives and client events, maintaining the brand’s high-end image.
Assist in financial management, including budgeting, invoicing, and payroll.
Liaise with clients, ensuring a premium experience from start to finish.
Support the Principal in sales and business development activities.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in a similar Operations Manager or PA role, within the real estate industry.
Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Current QLD Real Estate Certificate or License.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate software.
A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems efficiently.
Knowledge of the Redcliffe real estate market is a plus.
