About Client: This growing boutique Real Estate office located in the heart of Coolum, renowned for providing personalised, high-quality service to clients is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join the team. The Property Management team oversees a portfolio of 450 properties and consists of three dedicated Property Managers. Now seeking an experienced Property Manager to manage a portfolio of 120 properties and join a supportive and collaborative team.
Job Description: As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of a portfolio of 120 residential properties. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional service to both property owners and tenants. You will work closely with a team of three Property Managers, ensuring efficient and effective property management practices.
Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of 120 residential properties
Conduct regular property inspections and prepare detailed reports
Coordinate property maintenance and repairs
Handle tenant inquiries and resolve issues promptly
Oversee lease renewals and tenancy agreements
Conduct rent reviews and manage rent arrears
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations
Maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, and contractors
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Property Manager
Strong understanding of property management practices and legislation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office (IRE, PropertyMe ect)
A current QLD real estate license or certificate
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
