We’re looking for a vibrant and motivated Entry Level Sales Associate who is eager to make their mark in real estate. This is a hands-on role where you’ll learn from some of the best in the business, with the opportunity to grow into a fully-fledged agent.
The Role
Support the sales team with prospecting, lead generation, and client follow-up
Conduct letterbox drops, door knocking, and phone prospecting
Assist at open homes, auctions, and buyer appointments
Prepare marketing materials and listing documents
Shadow experienced agents and learn on the job through active involvement in campaigns
Build confidence and knowledge of the local property market
What We’re Looking For
Real Estate Certificate of Registration (essential)
Confident communicator – not afraid to pick up the phone or knock on doors
Polished, professional presentation and strong work ethic
Positive, enthusiastic attitude with a desire to succeed
Willingness to work Saturdays and be flexible with hours when needed
Strong organisational skills and a self-motivated mindset
Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
