Responsibilities:
Manage and grow a portfolio of residential properties in the Wellington Point area.
Build long-lasting, trusted relationships with clients, understanding their unique property goals.
Conduct property appraisals, viewings, open homes, and guide negotiations to successful outcomes.
Collaborate closely with property management and admin support teams to deliver seamless service.
