About the Role
You’ll manage a smaller, developing portfolio as part of a broader commercial division of over 550 properties. The role offers the opportunity to learn and grow in a well-resourced environment with access to support, training, and proven systems.
This position provides exposure to a diverse range of commercial clients, including private investors, government departments, and corporate groups, giving you the chance to develop experience across a wide spectrum of asset types and lease structures.
What’s On Offer
$75,000 – $95,000 + Super + KPI Bonuses (depending on experience)

What We’re Looking For
1–2 years of experience in commercial property management
Working knowledge of Re-Leased software (desirable but not essential)
Strong understanding of commercial leases, maintenance coordination, and compliance
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A proactive and professional approach to client relationships
Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
