Our client, a highly successful and well-established agency with a strong brand presence in Palm Beach, Gold Coast, is seeking a talented Commercial Property Manager to join their dynamic team.
About the Role: This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced property professional to take charge of a portfolio of commercial properties. Key Responsibilities:
Managing a portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring exceptional service to landlords and tenants.
Coordinating maintenance, inspections, and lease renewals.
Handling arrears management, lease negotiations, and compliance tasks.
Providing expert advice and market insights to clients.
Maintaining accurate records using industry software.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years in commercial property management.
Qualifications: A current Queensland Real Estate Certificate of Registration is essential.
Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Attitude: Professional, proactive, and passionate about the real estate industry.
