We’re looking for a commission-only agent who is confident, driven, and thrives in a young, ambitious team culture. With a strong lead pipeline and uncapped earning potential, this role is ideal for someone ready to step away from franchise restrictions and start building their own success story.

What’s on Offer:

50/50 commission split to start then increases to 65%
Minimum of four warm leads provided each month
No desk fees or admin fees
Supportive team environment and access to mentorship
Two office locations: St Marys and South Wentworthville

What We’re Looking For:

At least 6–12 months of experience in residential real estate sales
A driven and proactive personality
Excellent communication and follow-up skills
A current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
Someone who is confident, personable, and ready to grow their brand within a supportive and high-performance culture
