The Role:
As Property Manager, you’ll manage a diverse and exciting portfolio of residential properties. Working closely with landlords and tenants you will ensure smooth operations and exceptional service. Your key responsibilities will include:
Overseeing a varied portfolio of residential properties
Conducting routine property inspections and coordinating maintenance
Managing repair requests and liaising with tradespeople
Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations
Handling rent collections, lease renewals, and tenancy agreements
Building strong, lasting relationships with landlords and tenants
Offering valuable advice to clients to maximize their property investments
About You:
We’re looking for a proactive, organized, and experienced Property Manager who thrives in a collaborative environment. You’ll be detail-oriented and have excellent communication skills, as well as a solid understanding of the property management landscape. To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
At least 1 year experience in property management
Class 2 Real Estate License or Assistant Agent Lisence
A current NSW driver’s license and your own vehicle
Strong knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act and property legislation
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
A client-focused approach and the ability to build lasting relationships
A positive, can-do attitude and team-oriented mindset
