The Role – What You’ll Be Doing
Grow the rent roll by identifying and securing new property managements
Build strong relationships with property investors, landlords, and referral partners
Develop and implement growth strategies to maximise portfolio expansion
Leverage technology (Ailo, Nurture Cloud) to manage leads, track progress, and streamline processes
Work alongside a high-performing team of property managers and sales agents to generate new business
Provide expert advice to property investors, ensuring a smooth transition into management
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the rental market
Who We’re Looking For
At least 2 years of experience as a Business Development Manager in real estate
A track record of successfully growing rent rolls and securing new business
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a focus on client service
Confident in negotiations and skilled in presenting property management services to potential landlords
A proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to work autonomously
A valid Real Estate Registration Certificate (QLD) and a current driver’s licence
